Queen of Procrastination

Let's see where to start....
Well first off, my trusty laptop kicked the bucket shortly after my Thanksgiving post (I lost my entire hard drive and all my email). Once I realized that I now had no computer at all I decided that instead of getting another laptop I wanted to get a desktop. The problems with that being that I didn't have the space in my room to set up a desktop and that because I wanted to buy parts and build my computer (or more acurately have someone else build it for me) instead of getting pre-assembled it was going to cost more. So I took me quite a while to save up enough money, then go buy the parts, have the computer assembled, and rearrange my room. I have alot of junk! I got the computer up and running a while ago I've just been putting off catching up on everything. (see title)
So anyways I want to thank everyone who left me a message and/or a favourite. Sorry I took so long getting back to you.
On to something else, our cat California is actually a male. Yeah, that was our bad. He's grown alot and he still likes his attention and he's a freakin' momma's boy. He's spoiled but he's also pretty well behaved. We took him to the vet and they told us that he's a Norweigian Forest cat.

It's me! I was the turkey all along!

It's a litte late but I finally have time to make my post Thanksgiving journal entry. I went to Patorik's aunt's house for Thanksgiving on Sunday and it was good with the turkey and homemade cranberries and pie. I got really sleepy after dinner though. So I spent most of the time sitting with him on the couch (not that it wasn't time well spent 
). Anyway on Monday I had Turkey again with my family and my brother's friend. I ate alot of my mom's stuffing and had to go lie down after.
The rest of the week was mostly work, then on Thursday my brother picked me up from work and told me that there was a cat staying in our house now. Apparently she was outside freezing in the rain and my brother found her in a flowerbed as he was going to his car that morning. He and my mom took her inside and dried her off. She had no collar on and there are alot of strays near our house so we don't know if she belongs to anyone. We're going to look for "Lost" notices and things to see if anyone has reported her missing. Meanwhile she's staying with us. She's really gentle and seems starved for attention, My brother named her California (Calli for short).
Oh and other than that I finally posted some new stuff. (gasp!)

Owww...

I smashed my finger the other day. i'm still waiting for it to stop swelling at least it's not as purple today as it was yesterday. But it sucks for two reasons:
1. I have to type with my two index fingers.
2. I can't hold a pencil, so I can't draw even though I had lot's of great ideas today.
Also I'm mad at my brother for filling the digital camera up with useless crap thereby preventing me from taking any pictures.
Sigh....

Life goes on without me.

It seems lately that I've been separated from the rest of my life. Possibly because all that I've done lately is work and then when I'm not working I'm too lazy and tired to do much else. It also means that I don't get to spend as much time as I'd like with my friends and that I don't get certain bits of news until they are old and obsolete.
On that note I just learned tonight that my sister's cat Pumpkin has died. While I do not live with my sister and didn't spend as much time with her pets as I did with my own, Pumpkin was one of the cats who took a very fond liking of me. He spent alot of time with me during my visits and I cared for him as I care for all the others. It might be a little late but I am sad to see him go.
However, my life is not comepletely despondant. I am seeing Patorik on Sunday for Thanks Giving. He makes me happy. So does Turkey.
And having a job also means having money. Money for scanners and tablets and PSP's (I haven't decided which yet). I picked up the Undergrad's Season One dvd though, that's a great show all the more power to Pete Williams for trying to get a second season.
Anyway this is starting to getlong and pointless, hell it was pointless to start with now it's just long.
